The Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday 23rd May 2012 at The Calfs Head, Worston, Clitheroe, Lancs . The meeting will be at 4.15pm followed by dinner at 7.30pm. Guest speaker will be Mr Ian Smith, auctioneer at Otley. Members and guests are invited to the dinner at a cost of £17 per head.
